1. Validity and prices

  1. Deposit and payment requirement
  • You must pay a non-refundable deposit of 30 % to 70 % for your booking to be confirmed (please note that special deposit requirements apply for some trips). If your booking is made within 60 days of the departure date, the total amount is payable at the time of booking.
  • Acceptance of your booking will be confirmed in writing. Please refer to your booking confirmation invoice for details regarding final payments. The trip price balance payment is due 60 days before the departure date. If this balance is not paid on or before the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as canceled. In addition to the trip price, you may also be required to pay a kitty as specified for the trip you are taking.
  1. Cancellation policy
  • Should you wish to cancel the booking, cancellation charges will be imposed. These are calculated from the day written notification is received by Royal Wedding Travels as a percentage of the total tour price, including surcharges, as shown below:
  • If cancellation is after payment: a 10% total will be charged.
  • If cancellation is made less than 14 days before the departure date: 25% total will be charged.
  • If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the departure date: 30% total will be charged.
  • If cancellation is made less than 5 days before the departure date: 50% total will be charged.
  • If cancellation is made less than 3 days before departure date or no show: 100% total will be charged.
  1. Children Policy
  • 1 Child under 5 years old sharing the bed with parents is free of charge
  • 1 Child under 10 years old sharing the room with parents on extra bed is charged 50%
  • Children from 10 years old are considered adult
